ADC Security takes our security levels beyond our customer’s expectations. We offer a full 10 year, year by year employment/unemployment and education history check. We create a personal screening matrix for each candidate covering 10 years, each broken into months.

From the candidates application form we take the most recent 10 years of history and send the request for their attendance dates to their former employers. We then log their receipt of the request and record it onto the screening matrix. In personnel screening it is about recording information and ensuring it is correct and confidential.

Our service includes a complete application form to file completion, all logged and easy to understand. We can even offer an interview service where we hold the interview, complete the screening and write a full report on the candidate.
